Method
- Remove crusts from bread slices; gently flatten slices with rolling pin.
- Mix cabbage, cheese, green chillies, coriander, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
- Place little mixture on one end of bread slice; brush flour paste and eggs on all four edges; roll bread while pressing ends closed. Repeat process to make more rolls.
- Heat oil in a wok; fry rolls golden and remove on absorbent paper.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
