Chicken Burger


Ingredients


Chicken mince
500 grams
Egg
1
Bread
2 slices
Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp
Mustard paste
1 tsp
Black pepper powder
1 tsp
White pepper powder
½ tsp
Margarine
½ cup
Buns
4
Onion (finely cut)
1
Cabbage (cut finely)
4 tbsp
Carrot (finely cut)
2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup
1 cup
Oil
For frying
Cabbage (finely cut)
For garnishing
Lettuce leaves
For serving dish decoration

Method

  1. Mix bread, black pepper, white pepper, egg, onion and salt in chicken mince; make kebabs.
  2. Heat little oil in a frying pan; fry kebabs golden from both sides; remove.
  3. Slit buns horizontally into halves.
  4. Brush oil on frying pan; grill buns.
  5. Spread mustard paste, margarine and tomato ketchup on lower halves of buns; place kebabs, cabbage, onion and carrot on top; cover with other halves.
  6. Decorate serving dish with lettuce; place burgers on top; garnish with cabbage and serve.
