Method
- Mix bread, black pepper, white pepper, egg, onion and salt in chicken mince; make kebabs.
- Heat little oil in a frying pan; fry kebabs golden from both sides; remove.
- Slit buns horizontally into halves.
- Brush oil on frying pan; grill buns.
- Spread mustard paste, margarine and tomato ketchup on lower halves of buns; place kebabs, cabbage, onion and carrot on top; cover with other halves.
- Decorate serving dish with lettuce; place burgers on top; garnish with cabbage and serve.
