This is a quick kind of cutlets which tastes amazing. It can be served with tomato ketchup or any other dip/chutney. In Pakistan these potato cutlets are usually made at home during Ramadan or during get to gathers.These potato cutlets are also included in street foods which are usually served with plain naan or fried naan.

Ingredients
Potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)

Bread crumbs

Green chillies (chopped)

Mint leaves (chopped)

Fresh coriander (chopped)

Cumin seeds (roasted and powdered)

Rice flour

Oil

For frying

Fresh coriander (cut finely)

Method
- Mix thoroughly all ingredients except oil.
- Make cutlets.
- Heat oil in a frying pan; fry cutlets golden; sprinkle coriander and serve
Tips
- Serve these cutlets on the spot, else they become soft and tasteless.
- You can deep fry these cutlets in the pan as well.
