Keema Biryani Recipe

Easy way to make Keema Biryani 



Ingredients:

  • 500 gm Beef Mince
  • 500 gm Guard Ultimate Rice
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 200 gm Yogurt
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 2 TBSP
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TSP Red Chili Powder
  • 1 TSP Ground Red Chili
  • ½ Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 & ½ Coriander Powder
  • 1 & ½ Cumin Powder
  • 1 TSP Whole Hot Spices
  • 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
  • 5 gm Green Coriander
  • 5 gm Mint
  • 2 Lemons (For Lemon Juice)
  • 1 TSP Chopped Ginger
  • 1 TSP Chopped Garlic

Cooking Method:

  1. First of all, add water in a bowl. Also add guard ultimate rice and soaked them for 15 minutes
  2. Next, add water in a pan, also add whole spices, cooking oil (1 TBSP), Vinegar, Salt, Ultimate Guard Rice and let them half boiled
  3. In a pan, add cooking oil (1 TBSP), also add Onions, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger. Let them golden brown. Then add Tomatoes and cook it for 5 minutes
  4. After this, add salt, Red Chili Powder, Ground Red Chili, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Whole Hot Spices & cook it for 2 minutes
  5. After this fry the beef mince for 3 minutes & cook it for 2 minutes by adding yogurt
  6. Now cook it for 10 Minutes, by adding water
  7. Add prepared beef mince in a pan, also add boiled Guard Ultimate Rice & make two layers
  8. It’s time for garnishing. Use Green Coriander, Mint, Lemon, Green Chili, Tomato for the garnishing
  9. In the last add yellow food color and simmer it for 10 minutes
  10. Your Tasty Beef Qeema Biryani is ready to serve
  11. Preparation Time: 40 Minutes Serve: 4 People
