Method
- Mix all ingredients except clarified butter in to whole wheat flour; knead into dough.
- Cover with wet muslin and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Make 8 balls from dough; roll into discs.
- Put little clarified butter on an iron griddle and cook rotis from both sides.
- Serve with saag, yogurt or chutney.
