This recipe is very simple and made with very few ingredients. It just take only 20 minutes including the preparation time if you have cleaned and brined prawns ready.
Ingredients
- Prawns (medium,washed) 10
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chillies (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Green chillies (chopped) 8
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Lemons 2
- Salt To taste
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method
- Heat oil in a wok; fry garlic.
- Add prawns; cook for 3 minutes.
- Add green chillies, red chillies, lemon juice, cumin and black pepper; put on steam (dum).
- Add salt before serving.
NOTE
Make sure you cook only until u get C shaped.
